Job summary

Lamunyon Dry Out and Foundation Repair is seeking a dedicated Water Damage Technician to assess and restore properties following IICRC guidelines. You will perform initial inspections, secure sites, and operate extraction and drying equipment while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients and adjusters, completing paperwork promptly, and maintaining safety standards. We offer benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job description

Technician is responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage claims with a high degree of professionalism. Duties will include initial job-site inspection, secure jobs and perform structural drying following IICRC guidelines.

Requirements

• Communicate with customers during project

• Safely driving service vehicles
• Operating extraction/drying equipment
• Completing paperwork in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
• Comply with policies and procedures.
• Must successfully pass IICRC WRT Certification.
