Job summary

Huntsville Toyota in Huntsville, TX is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, delivering safe, reliable service and customer satisfaction.

You will perform inspections, diagnostics, routine maintenance, and document work orders while collaborating with advisors and teammates in a safety-focused shop. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required; automotive training or experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous automotive maintenance, technical training, or related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while documenting findings, recommendations, and completed work.
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid checks, and other assigned repairs.
• Conduct quality checks to help ensure repairs are completed safely and properly.

The Service Technician plays a critical role in delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance services that support customer satisfaction and dealership performance. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles efficiently while contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused, and customer-centered service environment.

Vehicle Repair & Maintenance

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
