Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a general laborer to support sewer maintenance, inspection and rehabilitation projects. You will follow directions, work outdoors year-round, and operate a range of CIPP lining equipment as part of a fast-growing infrastructure team.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 lbs, travel up to 100% with daily per diem of $60, and complying with safety and DOT requirements. We offer a competitive total compensation package including health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in a physical labor position and/or outdoor construction preferred.
• Ability to enter and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work overtime and travel 100% with daily per diem ($60 / day).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, D.O.T. physical and driver’s license check for past 36 months without any suspensions or major traffic violations (D.O.T. requirements).
