Job summary

Safford Kia of Fredericksburg is growing and looking for Automotive Technicians to join our team. We offer a climate-controlled shop, state-of-the-art equipment, and a fast-paced, high-volume environment where turning hours is never an issue.

We provide highly competitive pay based on experience and performance, an air-conditioned workspace, brand-new tools, generous hours, and we pay for all manufacturer training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong communication with service advisors and team
• Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
