Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical skills in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance, preferably with experience working on modern vehicles or European brands.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, technical bulletins, and repair procedures, and to use computerized diagnostic tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to following safety standards and quality guidelines in all work performed.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with service advisors, parts specialists, and other technicians.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an automotive technology program, ASE certifications, or manufacturer training is highly beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and ability to operate vehicles safely in a service environment.
