Job summary

Bayside Pool Service is seeking a Residential Technician to service the same Tampa Bay area homes weekly, building trust and consistent care for families who rely on Bayside as their pool provider for years.

You will manage your own route, perform routine maintenance, chemistry balancing, surface cleaning, and equipment monitoring, and report outcomes after each visit. This role values reliability, communication, and hands-on expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, in person and in writing.
• Physically fit for lifting, bending, and sun exposure.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean record.

Job description

As a Residential Technician at Bayside, you are the face of our service to the families we look after. You service the same homes each week — building the kind of trust that makes someone keep us as their pool provider for fifteen, twenty, twenty-five years.

This is field work, in beautiful Tampa Bay backyards, with the autonomy of running your own route. You'll handle weekly maintenance, chemistry, surface cleaning and equipment monitoring. You'll write up service reports after each visit. You'll know your clients' gate codes, their dogs' names, and how they prefer their pool to look.

What you'll do

• Service 80-85 pools per route

What we're looking for

• Reliability above all else — clients count on the same day every week

• Physical fitness (lifting, bending, sun exposure)
• Valid Florida driver's license, clean record
• Prior pool service experience preferred but not required — we train
