The project runs 10/12/26 through 12/20/26 (6 weeks+ or longer) with 8 openings. Schedule is 6am-8am start, up to a 12-hour shift.

During replacement, the technician generally removes components needed to access the turbo, disconnects the exhaust connections, intake/charge-air piping, oil supply and drain lines, and—on water-cooled turbos—coolant lines, removes the old turbocharger, installs the replacement with new seals/gaskets and required hardware, then refills/bleeds fluids as necessary.
