Job summary

DC MotorWerks, an enthusiast-driven automotive shop in Atlanta, seeks an Automotive Technician to join our team full-time. You will work on Mercedes-Benz, AMG, exotic, and high-performance vehicles, applying precise diagnostics, high-quality repairs, and performance upgrades.

You'll collaborate with a skilled group of car people in a true enthusiast environment, follow factory procedures, document work clearly, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive diagnostic, mechanical repair, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with European vehicles, particularly Mercedes-Benz.
• Familiarity with AMG, exotic, or other high-performance platforms is highly valued.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and service information systems.
• Strong understanding of engines, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, and vehicle electronics.
• Ability to follow detailed repair procedures and perform precise, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Mercedes-Benz, AMG, exotic, and high-performance vehicles.
• Perform engine, drivetrain, suspension, brake, electrical, and drivability repairs.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and manufacturer service information.
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections and identify current or developing concerns.
• Complete repairs according to proper service procedures and shop standards.
• Perform test drives to verify concerns and confirm completed repairs.
• Clearly document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work.
• Communicate technical information effectively with service advisors and other technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Work collaboratively with the team on complex repairs, performance upgrades, and specialty projects.

The Role

We are looking for a skilledAutomotive Technicianto join our team full-time at our Atlanta, GA shop.

This is aMonday through Friday, salaried positiondesigned for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work, understands modern European vehicles, and enjoys being part of a true enthusiast-focused shop environment.

• Automotive technical training, ASE certifications, or manufacturer certifications are strongly preferred.
• Previous experience at a European specialty shop, independent repair facility, or dealership is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate high-performance vehicles responsibly.
