Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is seeking experienced automotive technicians to perform maintenance and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles in a modern, climate-controlled facility. This role offers a clear path to senior and Master-level technician positions, with training provided to help you grow within the brand.

Additional compensation comes from flat-rate pay, incentives, and opportunities for advancement. We support ongoing Mercedes-Benz and ASE training to help you reach higher technician levels and

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience required.
• Maintenance, repair, and basic diagnostic skills.
• ASE or OEM certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Conduct inspections and basic diagnostics as assigned.
• Follow dealership and factory repair procedures.
• Accurately document work performed on repair orders.
• Road test vehicles as required to verify repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Participate in Mercedes-Benz and ASE training programs.
• Work collaboratively with advisors, parts, and shop leadership.

Compensation & Incentives

• Flat Rate Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per flat rate hour
  Pay is determined by experience, certifications, and Mercedes-Benz training, with clear paths for advancement.
