MPW Industrial Services is seeking a dependable Technician to support industrial water purification operations through equipment regeneration, testing, and on-site service. This hands-on role emphasizes quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in both shop and field environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, a solid work ethic, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure positive service outcomes at multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior industrial, mechanical, or water treatment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Regenerate industrial water purification tanks according to established procedures and quality standards
• Perform integrity testing on tanks, valves, and plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance
• Use monitoring and testing equipment to measure and log water quality data accurately
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and identify root causes impacting water quality
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and documentation for all testing and operational activities
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely using forklifts and other tools (training provided)
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to environmental regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and any issues encountered
• Support general shop operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment readiness
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs and customer requirements
