Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Four years of technical writing experience for the Federal Government.
• Four years of exceptional proficiency in writing and editing using MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize requests, and meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and professional correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit briefing books, documents, letters, memorandums, reports, briefings, and administrative forms.
• Develop, edit, and disseminate read-ahead packages, agendas, and PowerPoint Presentations.
• Apply office procedures and handle information with discretion.
• Participate in team editing and quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet high quality standards.
• Write speeches and talking points to support executives.
• Review content for style, accuracy, and brand compliance; revise SOPs and workflows; communicate clearly with managers and staff.
