  • Engineering Collaboration: Partner closely with systems engineers, service technicians, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract and synthesize complex mechanical and electrical details.
  • Content Accuracy & Standardization: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure all technical collateral meets rigorous standards for accuracy, clarity, terminology consistency, and completeness.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage document versioning, revision histories, and centralized digital document repositories as hardware and operating procedures evolve.
  • Gap Analysis: Proactively identify omissions in existing technical resources and develop structured collateral to support ongoing field operations, testing, and repairs.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5–7 years of professional technical writing experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or hardware-focused environments.
  • Subject Matter Translation: Proven ability to absorb intricate mechanical, electrical, and operational concepts and translate them into structured, user-friendly documentation.
  • SME Engagement: Demonstrated track record of collaborating effectively with hardware engineers, software developers, and field technicians.
  • Document Control: Hands-on experience with version control, document structuring, and technical revision workflows.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional technical editing, structural organization, and proofreading skills with an uncompromising eye for detail.
