Responsibilities
Team Introduction：
We are the developer platform product team behind the PICO OS product. Our mission is to empower developers worldwide to build next-generation spatial computing applications by providing clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical resources. We work closely with product, R&D, and support teams to ensure a seamless and productive development experience. If you're passionate about technology, communication, and XR innovation, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain developer documentation, tutorials, and API references for PICO XR SDKs (Kotlin, React, Unity, Unreal).
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure alignment with feature updates and maintain accurate documentation.
- Optimize the structure and user experience of the developer documentation site.
- Collect and analyze developer feedback to improve content quality and satisfaction (NPS).
- Create demo projects and sample code to illustrate SDK usage and core features.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, XR, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for developer-facing products.
- Solid understanding of software development workflows and lifecycle. Ability to prototype or build basic demo applications.
- Proficiency in English with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation.
- Hands-on experience with technical documentation tools and workflows, including Markdown, Git, version control systems, and publishing pipelines.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with XR devices, spatial computing concepts, and the broader XR ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: React, Android, iOS, Unity, Unreal Engine, or XR-related development frameworks.
- Experience optimizing developer documentation for usability and engagement metrics such as retention and NPS.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70000 - $150000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
