Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Technical Writer to develop high-quality technical and product content for networking and AI infrastructure. The role collaborates with engineering and product teams to translate complex specifications into clear, compelling customer materials.

The ideal candidate has strong writing, editing, and information design skills, with experience in data sheets, briefs, and product launch collateral, and a background in networking or data center technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Writing, Technical Marketing, Product Content, or related technology communications roles.
• Ability to interpret engineering specifications, architecture documents, and technical product information.
• Strong writing, editing, information design, and technical storytelling skills.
• Experience creating data sheets, technical briefs, competitive analysis, presentations, or product launch collateral.
• Background in networking, Ethernet switching, data center infrastructure, AI infrastructure, GPUs, semiconductors, or related technologies strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical collateral including data sheets, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, product launch materials, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Translate engineering specifications and complex networking concepts into concise content for technical and business audiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and consistent messaging.
• Organize complex technical information into polished, readable, and visually effective content while maintaining an original and differentiated point of view.
