The role requires working with engineers, operations leaders, quality professionals, sales teams, and trainers to support customers, employees, and the DIS-TRAN Steel brand.

Qualifications

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, operations, quality, sales, and trainers to gather information.
• Develop articles, white papers, case studies, and training materials with technical accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Interview subject-matter experts to capture technical knowledge.
• Create and maintain technical articles, product materials, and FAQs.
• Publish and maintain internal and external content with brand standards.
• Review content with SMEs and ensure consistency and quality.
