You will create SOPs, training materials, knowledge articles, and reports, collaborating with program leadership, technical staff, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in technical writing within IT services or government contracting.
• Experience creating SOPs, process guides, training materials, and program reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance technical documentation and training materials for IT Call Center services.
• Document workflows, processes, procedures, and system configurations with stakeholders.
• Prepare customer deliverables including status and performance reports and executive briefings.
• Create program management templates, style guides, and documentation standards.
• Support knowledge management via SharePoint and document libraries.
• Develop user guides, onboarding materials, and knowledge transfer content.
• Review and QA documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Create data-driven reports with metrics and visualizations.
• Coordinate review, approval, and version control of deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals and business development through documentation improvements.
