Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and editing technical documentation, including manuals, guides, process documents, and job aids.
• Work closely with engineers, analysts, and project teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Help maintain documentation libraries and version control.
• Review and update existing materials for clarity and consistency.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids as needed.
• Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and branding.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to improving documentation processes.

Experience and Skills

• Familiarity with documentation tools (such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, or similar)
• Basic understanding of technical concepts is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
