Job Summary

Join our DevRel team to enhance the development and success of developers, creators, and builders utilizing our 3rd party APIs by producing high-quality documentation and educational materials. We seek a prolific writer with a strong background in technical writing, particularly in a Fintech setting, ready to make complex technical concepts accessible and engaging. You will play a crucial role in ensuring developers have the resources they need to succeed with our platform.

Job Requirements

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and educational materials for our 3rd party APIs.
• Work closely with Fintech developers to identify and respond to their informational needs.
• Design and implement information architecture for API documentation to enhance content management and discoverability.
• Consult with product and engineering teams to gather documentation requirements and ensure completeness of technical content.
• Review, edit, and provide constructive feedback on documentation written by team members, promoting continuous improvement.

Must have Skills

• Exceptional ability in writing clear and effective technical content for developer audiences.
• Experience with programming languages and documenting APIs.
• Working knowledge of source control and CI/CD technologies.
• Domain Experience: Experience in the Fintech domain is highly preferred given the specific focus on third-party financial technologies and platforms.
