Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical writing.
- At least 3 years of technical writing experience.
- Experience with CCMS software and DITA architecture.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain technical publications for KOHLER Home Energy.
- Participate in publication planning from estimation to product development.
- Improve publication depth and quality based on feedback.
- Support digitalization by adding visuals and multimedia to docs.
- Apply DITA standards and content structuring for reuse.
