Ideal candidates have 3+ years of technical writing, strong Word skills, and experience coordinating with SMEs and leadership; a Bachelor’s degree is required, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with technical writing.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Word including Styling, Formatting, Layout, and Accessibility Checks.
• Experience with technical SMEs and leadership on documentation topics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools: PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio.
• Ability to review, edit, and write large quantities of technical documentation quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and others to shepherd documentation from conception to publication.
• Cover topics from Cloud platform services to On‑premises and data platform guidelines.
• Translate complex subjects into accessible, well‑structured guidance.
• Facilitate discussions between SMEs and leadership to ensure meaningful documentation.
• Coordinate with SMEs across teams on deadlines and questions.
