Shift: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (includes 30-minute lunch)
Pay Range:$27/hr to $30/hr

About the Role:

  • Need a Content Manager to support internal documentation efforts within their Fulfillment and Servicing Operations teams.

  • This opportunity is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a background in managing or developing procedures in a banking or financial services environment.

  • As a Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a library of over 1,500 internal documents—including procedures and quick reference guides—ensuring each is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal governance standards.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Review, revise, and maintain internal procedures and documentation




  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to templates




  • Host Webex meetings with SMEs to review and approve documentation




  • Manage incoming requests using a structured intake process and rotation schedule




  • Lead live editing sessions and track updates in real time




  • Coordinate recurring document reviews on an 18-24 month cycle




  • Ensure full compliance with internal document governance policies





What We’re Looking For


  • 3-5 years’ experience in banking or financial services




  • Strong grasp of policies and procedures, preferably in operations or compliance




  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint (particularly form creation/maintenance)




  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.)




  • Professional communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholder meetings




  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
