Job summary

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. seeks a Technical Writer to author and maintain documentation for the Command and Control Processor program. The role collaborates with CM, engineers, and product managers to deliver user manuals, installation guides, and API docs.

You will develop templates, manage multiple docs, run usability testing, and keep knowledge bases current. Candidates should have GED or equivalent and be able to obtain government clearance; US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and editing technical documentation with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of documentation tools and version control practices.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering user manuals, installation guides, and API docs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation for the C2P program.
