Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Writer / Business Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both technical writing and business analysis while supporting cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, product, and IT. The successful candidate will assist in documenting healthcare processes, gathering business requirements, and supporting the implementation of system and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
  • Assist in mapping current ("as-is") workflows and designing future-state ("to-be") processes.
  • Develop clear and concise documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process diagrams.
  • Support project teams by maintaining requirement traceability and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to communication and training efforts related to new systems or process changes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare, technology, or process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with diagramming or documentation tools is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range in the United States is $62,000 to $77,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
