Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise instructional content for engineering and technical teams
• Translate technical subject matter into learning materials, quickstart guides, and onboarding resources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and L&D partners to deliver effective content
• Build modular content that scales, including decks, documentation, and bite-sized learning assets
• Help establish content standards, style guidelines, and version control workflows

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience writing instructional content for technical audiences (engineers, developers, product teams)
• Excellent writing, structuring, and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, GitHub, Markdown, and modern authoring platforms
