V2X is seeking a Technical Writer to support a cybersecurity project by creating, editing, organizing, and presenting technical documentation and compliance artifacts. The role collaborates with system engineers and architects to document how cybersecurity controls are implemented and to capture supporting evidence.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, IAT II certification, and 2+ years in technical writing or related field.

• IAT II certification (Security+ or better) required.
• Eligibility to Obtain and Maintain a Public Trust/NACI Clearance required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical writing or similar skillset.
• Familiarity with information technology and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments is preferred.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical writing or similar skillset. Familiarity with information technology and cyber security concepts and technology

Skills: Working knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity concepts, with the ability to collaborate with system engineers and architects to document technical compliance with security controls. Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments is preferred, but not required.

• The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. USD $60,000.00 – $80,000.00
