Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including PMO policies, procedures, manuals, and white papers, ensuring strict version control and document management discipline.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across engineering, project controls, and regulatory teams to translate complex technical data into clear, user-friendly project materials.
• Compile and evaluate large datasets into formatted spreadsheets, presentations, and reports to support project evaluation and executive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance and governance by standardizing documentation processes and coordinating requests for technical evidence across transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO by refining documentation workflows, adopting best practices, and enhancing organizational knowledge management.
