Pro Staff is seeking a Technical Writer / Labeling Project Specialist in Arden Hills, MN. Hybrid: 3 days onsite. You will coordinate labeling deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance across cross-functional teams from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree, 4+ years in a regulated environment, at least 2 years in labeling or technical writing, and experience with MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Creative Suite. Medical device experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years labeling, technical writing, documentation, or document control experience.
• Medical device industry experience required.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; MS Project and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, revision, and approval of product labeling, IFUs, packaging artwork, labels, and related documentation.
• Coordinate labeling projects, develop schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of project objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, marketing, and project teams to gather content and manage document revisions.
• Facilitate document reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and customer requirements.
• Monitor project risks, communicate status updates, and resolve issues affecting timelines or quality.
• Support document control processes, labeling implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
