As a Technical Writer/Technical Training Lead Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for the research, authoring, publishing, and maintenance of processes, procedures, and user resources using various authoring tools and methodologies. You will work closely with various departments and related groups, business owners, and SMEs to document procedures and related content, including the translation of business needs into user instructions and training content.

In this role, you will make an impact on our pharmacy patients and the organization as a whole by:

  • Writing, editing, and formatting task-level documentation for various audiences including procedures, job aids, learner resources, forms, etc.
  • Collaborating with SMEs, business leaders, and product owners to document and develop end-user content supporting pharmacy operations contact centers.
  • Working with departments and business owners to identify process, procedures, and training needs aligned with business initiatives and learning goals.
  • Participating in a dynamic environment focused on quality, continuous improvement, and fast delivery.
  • Maintaining documentation and audit records, including creation, revisions, reviews, and archival.
  • Staying updated on new developments in technical writing systems and methodologies, and recommending process improvements.

What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of technical writing experience, with MadCap Flare experience highly desired.
  • Knowledge of knowledge management and KMS authoring tools.
  • Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service and/or Information Mapping preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and teamwork skills, with the ability to consult with subject matter experts.
  • Strong writing, editing skills, and familiarity with style guides.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Quick learner of new technology and ability to interpret it for end users.
  • Adherence to quality practices, style guides, and brand standards.

If working remotely, internet connection must be via cable broadband or fiber with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Salary range: $69,500 - $115,900 annually, based on experience and location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.
