AMEWAS is seeking a Technical Training Specialist (Video Editor) Journeyman to support Battlespace Modeling & Simulation. You will plan, script, and produce training videos with SMEs, coordinating bi-weekly sessions and on-site training delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s (or equivalent) and 3 years of advanced video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects). DoD Top Secret clearance is required to onboard, with a salary range of $78,200.00–$112,400.00 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in video editing and training content production.
• Ability to storyboard, script, and produce engaging training videos.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Produces training videos by planning, scripting, editing, and finalizing content with SMEs and engineers.
• Interfaces with SMEs and software engineers to capture knowledge.
• Coordinates bi-weekly training sessions and supports instructor-led training.
• Manages training registration, rosters, and material updates; creates follow-up content.
• Tracks RFIs and assists with help desk inquiries related to training.
