Job summary

J&T Business Consulting seeks an experienced Training Specialist (Level 2) in Annapolis, MD to design, develop, and deliver high-impact technical training for defense and intelligence personnel. You will draft training docs, deliver classrooms and web-based instruction, mentor junior staff, and build realistic operational scenarios.

Requirements include active TS/SCI with polygraph, a related bachelor’s degree (or 13 years of equivalent training/experience), and background in SIGINT, RF systems,

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph required.
Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and instruct instructor-led and web-based technical training courses and assessments.
Deliver technical briefings to military and intelligence personnel and large technical audiences.
Analyze training gaps and modernize curriculum based on feedback and mission needs.
Author and finalize SOPs, user manuals, and training documentation.
Provide leadership to junior instructional personnel and ensure compliance with standards.
