Job summary

Airstreams Renewables, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist/Instructor to deliver and facilitate curriculum across classroom and field environments. You will develop manuals, facilitator guides, and learning tools while administering assessments and maintaining certifications. Travel may be required to meet program goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and safety awareness, with experience in adult learning and using MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of related working or instructional experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate ARI approved safety, technical, and skills curriculum using instructional theory and classroom tools.
• Provide subject matter expertise to design and develop training programs, manuals, and facilitator guides.
• Perform active learning lessons for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and safety issues.
• Maintain required training certifications and administer/evaluate assessments.
• Travel as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
