Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Technology, Engineering Technology, or related discipline preferred.
- Candidates with an associate degree and significant relevant industry experience encouraged to apply.
- Experience in agriculture, turf, or technical service environments is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of training.
- Develop and adapt content and materials for classes (marketing, management, sales).
- Research training topics to increase subject matter expertise on product, machinery systems, and applications.
- Distribute training information with channel partners, company personnel and customers.
- Assist channel partners, company personnel and customers with content and delivery.
