Job summary

Cleveland Brothers is seeking a Technical Training Instructor to share technical knowledge on Cat equipment across our Pennsylvania, northern WV, and western MD territory. You will train employees in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of engines, hydraulics, electronics, and emissions systems.

You will deliver a mix of classroom, hands-on, and online learning at multiple locations and occasionally with customers. Travel is required, averaging 25% and up to 50% depending on workload.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Caterpillar construction equipment and systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Develop and organize training materials.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and assess training needs.
• Proficient with computer applications and systems.
• Create training materials and hands-on lab activities.
• Willing to attend CIAP accreditation coursework.
• Willing to travel up to 50% depending on workload.
• Preferred 5-10 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training via classroom, hands-on, and online formats.
• Train Cleveland Brothers employees at multiple locations across the territory.
• Occasionally deliver training to customers.
