We are seeking a Technical Training Coordinator to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support a dynamic technical program through training coordination and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and has a passion for enabling mission success through structured support and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage technical training programs, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and tracking completion.

  • Maintain and update training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.

  • Prepare, track, and maintain reports and metrics for program support.

  • Complete and track program deliverables to ensure timely execution.

  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with management and engineering personnel to support program goals.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination, data entry, and document control.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

  • Demonstrate attention to detail while consistently presenting a professional image.

Qualifications

Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH is REQUIRED

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience or

  • 10+ with an Associates degree or

  • 7+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.

  • Must have strong multitasking skills.

  • Must have strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, interaction with customer portals.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; knowledge of MS SharePoint.

  • Federal / DoD contract experience is beneficial.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with common computer operating systems and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations and schedules.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact tactfully with a wide variety of individuals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating technical training or certification programs.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or training tracking tools.

  • Experience in program administration or project coordination.

  • Ability to write and edit technical documentation or reports.

  • Prior experience supporting government or security-related programs.
