Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Training Coordinator/Admin Support in the Warrenton area to provide training on the operation, setup, configuration, and maintenance of Network Systems. The role includes classroom instruction, demonstrations, and curriculum development for Staff Officers and backend staff.

The candidate will be a primary instructor in several areas, with strong network and IT infrastructure knowledge, and up to 10% CONUS travel; a TS/SCI clearance is required on day one.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of IT/network experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph on day one of employment.
• Equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on operation, setup, configuration and maintenance of Network Systems.
• Serve as primary and/or backup instructor for training provided to Staff Officers and backend support.
• Develop curriculum and course materials; provide student assessments and write-ups; propose and implement technology solutions to enhance learning.
