Job description

Technical Training Associate Analyst - Freedom Fertility - Remote (Finance)

1. Contributes to the Coaching & Training job family in a support capacity.
2. Supports the development and delivery of training materials on company products, processes, and technologies to ensure team members develop, maintain, and enhance their technical and/or process knowledge.
3. Prepares lesson plans relevant to training materials and coordinates training logistics.
4. Monitors training personnel records to ensure employees meet all company training requirements.
5. Completes output (documents, analyses, products) in designated work areas to meet quality and time targets.
6. Collaborates with the quality team to identify retraining needs and creates materials to address them.
7. Works independently, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines, with work subject to review by experienced professionals in Technical Coaching.
8. Requires 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy technician role.
9. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
10. Experience in the Infertility therapeutic group is preferred.
11. Experience in writing/editing SOPs and job aids is preferred.

For remote work, a reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds is required.

The position offers an hourly rate of $22-$34 USD, depending on experience and location, and may include participation in an annual bonus plan.
