Technical Trainer

Full Time Remote (Must be located within a 20-mile radius of San Antonio, TX)

Top Secret/SCI Clearance

**This position is contingent upon contract award**


Job Responsibilities:

Provides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task. Responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements.


Job Description:

  1. Typical duties include designing, planning, organizing, and directing training programs to enable PMO-directed instructors to present training materials, instructional materials, and informational presentations.
  2. Requires expertise in specialty area.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 10 years of overall experience in the functional area. A bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
  2. 5+ years developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials.
  3. 5 years' experience with interacting with cyber operators in refining requirements and providing supporting documentation for each use case.
  4. 10+ years working in a DoD environment with specialization in cyber domain.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Practical experience in managing Force Readiness including but not limited to training pipelines, Knowledge/Skill/Ability/Task (KSATs), Job Qualification Requirements (JQRs), etc.
