This role requires roughly 65 - 80% travel.

Major Responsibilities
  • Customize Training Programs: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different target audiences, such as entry-level technicians, experienced professionals, and managerial staff.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions for independent automotive repair shops, distributors, and at trade events. Sessions may include classroom lectures, workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training at repair shop locations.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create engaging and informative training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and hands-on exercises covering topics specific to wheel hubs, bearings, and seals to include diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records of training sessions, attendance, evaluations, and certifications achieved by trainees. Generate reports and analytics to track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to trainees and customers regarding complex automotive systems, diagnostic procedures, and product installations.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in automotive technology, aftermarket products, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques to ensure training materials and programs remain relevant and up to date.

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, specifically wheel end, diagnostics tools (scan tools, oscilloscopes, etc.), repair procedures, and aftermarket products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% for conducting on-site training sessions.
  • Experience in working closely with product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align training initiatives with business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Advanced knowledge of suspension, wheel bearing, and hub products.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
