Job Number: 2026-00190 King County Library System (KCLS) is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join the Human Resources Department. The Technical Trainer is part of a collaborative and innovative Talent Team responsible for talent acquisition and development at KCLS.
As a Technical Trainer you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of training professionals, internal subject matter experts, and project sponsors focused on providing responsive training services to all KCLS employees. You will work independently to design, draft, and evaluate instructional content for internal KCLS professional development. You will provide consultation to strategic partners in Human Resources and across KCLS to translate training needs into successful learning experiences.
