Job summary

Vertiv in Ohio seeks a Technical Trainer to deliver hands-on training across our manufacturing operations, supporting new hires and ongoing skill development. Experience with LMS and training tracking is preferred.

You will develop curricula, assess competencies, and partner with supervisors to identify gaps, ensure safety, and readiness to meet production goals. This role requires time on the production floor and in classrooms, with opportunities to shape learning programs.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Working Conditions
  • This position requires time on the production floor as well as in classroom or meeting settings.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and occasionally lift training materials or equipment up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime based on training schedules or business needs.
