Job summary

Kulicke & Soffa is seeking a senior Quality Engineering leader to captain the enterprise testing strategy across all business units. The role emphasizes scalable, future-ready approaches for C++ and embedded environments, elevating reliability and accelerating delivery.

You will shape test architecture and governance across multiple teams. Lead the adoption of modern testing practices, drive automation direction, and oversee quality gates within CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Establish a test architecture covering unit, integration, system, e2e, performance, and reliability testing.
• Drive consistent use of modern testing practices such as the Test Pyramid.
• Provide leadership across business units to elevate quality culture and engineering excellence.
• Guide automation principles and tooling direction without prescribing specific frameworks.
• Oversee CI/CD quality gates and ensure reliable, actionable test integration.
• Identify opportunities to introduce AI for test generation, prioritization, and failure analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Software, DevOps, Architecture, and Product teams.
