Technical Test Lead – Java Selenium/ UFT Automation (Independent Verification and Validation Testing Domain)

Location: Weehawken, NJ • Duration: Full Time • Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent). Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience with IT and proven experience creating an automation framework applicable to various application platforms.
• Solid experience of automation testing best practices and architecture for scalability and maintainability.
• At least 4 years of experience in automation testing with sound knowledge of UFT and proficiency in any other test automation tool (Test Complete, Selenium, Java, Python, Tricentis TOSCA, TeamCity, Jenkins, SOAP UI).
• Hands‑on experience in scripting, running, analyzing, and refining automation frameworks for comprehensive and full application testing.
• Hands‑on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java; build tools such as Maven, Ant.
• Experience with test analysis, test case management (planning, preparation, execution, reporting).
• Good organizational and people skills with ability to mentor team members and educate others on automation testing principles and methodologies.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
