Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design.
• Experience with Healthcare domain.
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Minimum 4 years of core Healthcare domain expertise with testing experience; exposure to US healthcare requirements like HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPAA, Healthcare Exchange (HIX).
• Proficient in preparing functional and non-functional requirement documents, expertise in effort estimates, outlining test strategy, creating test plans, data setup, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in functional, automation, and mobility testing, including web application & .NET batch application testing, with at least 2 years of experience in creating medium to high complexity SQL queries.
• Must have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, and imparting automation skills to team members (QTP/RFT/Selenium, Cucumber, Java).
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, closely collaborating with stakeholders such as BA, Dev, and Product Owner to prioritize and define acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Self-motivated with strong coordination, communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
