Job description

Technical Test Lead – AWS Quality Engineering Lead (Domain Manufacturing)
  • Full-time

Role: Technical Test Lead – AWS Quality Engineering Lead (Domain Manufacturing)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Beaverton, OR

Qualifications

Basic:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  2. At least 4 years of experience with IT.

Preferred:

  1. At least 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering Process.
  2. At least 3 years’ experience in designing/implementing an automation framework in a Continuous Integration Model in cloud.
  3. Working understanding of Agile or TDD/BDD methodologies and the ability to effectively negotiate working agreements across development, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  4. DevOps skills to automate your service deployments so they’re fully repeatable. Experience using Puppet/Chef/Saltstack/Ansible is a plus.
  5. Experience writing automated tests using tools like JUnit, ScalaTest, Spock or Specs.
  6. Experience with applications hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  7. Experience building RESTful APIs.
  8. Experience with Scala, Akka and related projects.
  9. Should have strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills.
  10. Should have strong leadership skills.
  11. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
