Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead end-to-end automation for web, mobile, and enterprise apps. You will define the automation strategy, design scalable frameworks with Playwright, SeeTest and UFT, and mentor engineers across offshore and onsite teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, product owners, developers, and business teams to meet quality objectives, while driving coverage improvements and CI/CD alignment.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Define automation strategy, framework architecture, and execution roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, SeeTest, and UFT.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business teams to understand requirements and quality expectations.
• Drive automation coverage improvement and identify opportunities for test optimization.
• Review automation scripts, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across teams.
• Manage defect triage meetings and provide quality metrics, dashboards, and test status reports to client leadership.
• Support CI/CD integration and continuous testing initiatives.
• Mentor automation engineers and provide technical guidance on framework implementation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate offshore and onsite teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
