Trivium Packaging in Reno, NV, is seeking a Maintenance Technician/ Supervisor who will train technicians, ensure safe and efficient production, and uphold quality standards. The role involves coordinating maintenance, overseeing changeovers, and supporting TPM and CMMS activities in a manufacturing setting.
Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read blueprints, solve problems, and communicate across teams.
Under the direction of the Operations Team Leader/Maintenance Supervisor or general supervision, this position is responsible for maintaining optimum levels of production efficiency, spoilage, and quality levels through training of all Technicians, while working in a safe manner and complying with all safety and quality procedures.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, feel, talk, or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision as well as color recognition. Good hand eye coordination is necessary.
This position works in a manufacturing environment and around machinery that produces noise.
The noise level in the work environment is very loud. Employees must wear hearing protection and all other assigned personal protective equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold (<40 degrees) to extreme heat (>95 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, dust, and odors.
