Job summary

Companion Data Services in Columbia, SC seeks an experienced project coordination lead to manage a team of technical specialists across multiple work requests. You will review, assign, and track work, ensuring resources and skill sets align with project demands in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.

The role requires strong analytical ability, superb communication, and solid knowledge of system analysis and development environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalency: Associates + 2 years of related work for 7 yrs overall, or 9 yrs total experience.
• 5 Years Information systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with management to review active and planned work efforts.
• Assemble a qualified team to support approved work requests.
• Assign and schedule tasks based on availability and skill.
• Coordinate work efforts among team and other areas.
• Monitor progress and troubleshoot problems.
• Escalate issues to management and design staff as needed.
• Lead status meetings to review projects and resource allocation.
• Maintain a resource plan distributed to team members.
• Report progress to management including milestones.
• Cross-train with technical staff to understand projects and processes.
