Job summary

GCI seeks a Senior Intelligence Operations Support to join our team in the DC metro area. The candidate will work with mission centers, field stations and partners to use targeting expertise to develop and enable CNE projects. A US Citizenship with active TS/SCI and Polygraph is required.

The role emphasizes experience supporting IC cyber activities, targeting work, and coordinating with USG and IC sponsors to share information and produce concise results for senior audiences.

Description

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligence Operations Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below.

1. The resource shall work closely with mission centers, field stations and bases, and technical partners across the customer, the IC, and the field to use their targeting expertise to develop and enable the execution of CNE projects.
2. The resource shall gain knowledge of the CNE project approval process as well as other required documentation/approvals and contribute to these documents and process.
3. The resource shall leverage all of targeting resources available to support CNE access and exploitation of network and devices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience supporting IC cyber activities.
• Demonstrated experience in targeting work.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing an array of Targeting Tools/databases for project leads in support of technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience applying the appropriate internet research.
• Demonstrated experience assimilating and evaluation large amounts of data drawn from all source traces and technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience converting data into actionable project leads.
• Demonstrated experience using the internet in a project environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contact with appropriate sponsor, other USG organizations, and the IC to effectively support/coordinate the sharing of information.
• Demonstrated experience using strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of targeting research.

Desired Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated experience using foreign language skills (spoken, written, or reading) specifically Arabic or Farsi.
• Demonstrated experience with classified data repositories.
• Demonstrated experience working with customer databases and analytic tools.
• Demonstrated experience working counterintelligence area in a HUMINT targeter capacity.
• Demonstrated experience with HUMINT or cyber collection/exploitation missions.
• Demonstrated experience working int telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to successfully pursue and drive projects against targets.
• Demonstrated experience working as a senior targeting officer in the IC evaluation technical information for CT targeting and reporting purposes.
• Demonstrated experience writing concise project summaries and requirements and deliver these results to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and coordinating project correspondence such as cables and targeting packages.

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
