Overview

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise. What You’ll Do
  • Help to build and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of technical roles, including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify candidates using social media, LinkedIn, HireEZ, and other platforms, understanding how AI impacts job seeker behaviors
  • Craft compelling outreach messages to actively engage passive candidates
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine qualifications and competencies based on the role
  • Proactively communicate search progress and updates internally
  • Ensure accurate candidate tracking and application completion within Greenhouse
What You Need
  • At least 3 years of sourcing experience
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Growth mindset with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

This is a temporary position, open to remote candidates, but must be able to come onsite as needed.
