Technical Support & Warehouse Operations Specialist - Ebike

Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support (70%)
    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical/software issues (e.g., battery faults, motor malfunctions).
    • Process warranty claims and returns with defect analysis.
    • Educate clients on maintenance best practices.
  2. Warehouse Operations (30%)
    • Manage parts inventory (receiving/shipping QC, cycle counting).
    • Maintain 5S warehouse standards with ≤2% inventory discrepancy.
    • Operate WMS/ERP systems for real-time stock updates.
    • Coordinate urgent parts deliveries for priority cases.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)
    • Report recurring technical issues to the engineering team.
    • Develop troubleshooting guides with video demonstrations.
    • Conduct monthly warehouse safety audits.
Mandatory Requirements
  • 2+ years in technical support + warehouse operations.
  • Ebike mechanical mastery: Motor disassembly/brake system calibration.
  • Tool proficiency: Battery testers/calibration software.
  • Physical capability: Lift ≤50 lbs, work in -5℃–35℃ environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • LEVA - Lithium battery safety certification.
  • Lean warehouse management training.
